EVANDER TERMINAL ORDER

Terms of Service

Evander Labs · Scotland, United Kingdom · last updated 24 July 2026

1. Who we are

Evander Labs, Scotland, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: order@evander.to. These terms govern your use of evander.to and the Evander Terminal Order service ("ETO").

2. The service

ETO provides a single-tenant server provisioned for you, running a trading terminal, market-data replay, strategy development tools and related software. Founding-wave access may be free, invitation-based and withdrawn or altered at any time. Paid plans, once live, renew monthly until cancelled; cancel any time effective the end of the paid period.

3. Not advice; no regulated activity

ETO is software. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage, or any FCA-regulated activity. All trading decisions are yours. See the Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these terms.

4. Your box, your responsibilities

You must keep credentials secure, use the service lawfully, and not use it to attack, spam, mine cryptocurrency, or resell capacity. You are responsible for the strategies you run and the broker accounts you connect. We never ask for, store, or accept your broker password.

5. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Boxes can be rebuilt from scratch; you are responsible for exporting anything you cannot afford to lose.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for death, personal injury, or fraud). Subject to that, we are not liable for trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss, and our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or £100 if you paid none).

7. Termination

You may leave at any time: export your work and ask us to destroy your box. We may suspend or terminate for breach, non-payment, or legal necessity, with export access where lawful and practicable.

8. General

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or on the site. Scots law governs these terms and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
